Codex preflight misses Rote and Play skills installed in the shared agents directory.

With Rote's shared skill layout,

Run the same command. Codex finds shared skills, including an
AGENTS_HOMEoverride. NativeCODEX_HOMEskills and plugin caches remain supported.Validation
The patched preflight finds both skills in the reported installer sandbox. A fresh full Rote install with this checkout succeeds for Codex, Cursor, and Claude Code. All three report only that sign-in is needed.
