Configure the Logitech K810's function keys on Linux, Mac, and Windows.
Since the K810 is supposed to be used only on Windows with the Logitech SetPoint tool, this tool provides an alternative way to configure the behavior of fn key on K810 keyboard.

Use VS to build a binary.
Then run it with the wanted configuration (-normal|-special).
