Study room can be created with empty name

Description:
System allows saving a new study room when the Name field is left blank, leading to unclear and unusable room records.
Steps to Reproduce:

1. Go to the Add Study Room page.
2. Leave the Name field empty.
3. Fill the remaining required fields (capacity, location, etc.) and click Save.
   Expected Result:
   Validation message “Room name is required” is shown and the study room is not saved.
   Actual Result:
   Study room is saved successfully with an empty/null name.
