The aim of this PR is to update the build environment and resolve various paper cuts.

The Nix flake targets a recent version of leo/ihp-sg13g2.
The tiles and fabric target version 1.2.0 of librelane_plugin_fabulous.

This PR also adds a CI to the repository.

Update Greyhound and its dependencies (#6)

This PR does what I had been planning to do for a long time: it updates the dependencies of the flow so that no forks of the PDK or of LibreLane are required.
In addition, it adds a LibreLane plugin that handles the logo insertion and conversion to OASIS as part of the flow. So now "tapeout" should be just a single click.
The fabric of Greyhound has been updated to support up to four clock domains. A recent version of FABulous is used to implement the tiles and the fabric.
