CON-52: ignore .collaborator in .gitignore

Problem

The local .collaborator directory (scratch/state of the collaborator tool) is not
ignored, so it shows up as untracked noise in git status and risks being
committed by accident.

Solution

Add .collaborator to .gitignore and commit the change.

Done when

• .collaborator is listed in .gitignore
• Change is committed
• git status no longer lists .collaborator as untracked
