MPAS2MONAN

MPAS2MONAN is a set of scripts to:

1. Copy the strucuture of MPAS to a similar structure for MONAN's model
2. Create a group of scripts to pre-build the MONAN's model

The MONAN's model use FPM to compile the model and have a special strucuture to use FPM
