feat: score launch package fit

Summary

• Add a deterministic server-side launch package fit scorer for full launch package qualification.
• Use packageFit to raise CRM lead fit/engagement scores and add a safe qualification reason for high-intent package requests.
• Record the Monetization learning slice in the repo growth lifecycle plan and implementation plan.

Product and growth impact

• Turns structured full launch package fields into a CRM prioritization signal before publishing exact pricing.
• Keeps packageFit server-side and excludes raw notes, raw repo URLs, emails, pricing claims, revenue claims, ranking claims, and guaranteed launch outcomes.
• Gives QuickFork a measurable follow-up signal for paid launch package interviews.
