feat: add Novita AI as LLM provider - #11

Registers novita as an OpenAI-compatible provider: - Endpoint: https://api.novita.ai/openai - API key: NOVITA_API_KEY env var - Model prefix: novita/<model> (e.g. novita/moonshotai/kimi-k2.5) - Routes through chatOpenAICompatible (same as openai/openrouter) - Adds TestApplyLLMRouting_Novita routing test Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
