In order to integrate HipChat.NET into my CruiseControl.NET plugin (https://github.com/tekmaven/ccnet-hipchat-plugin), I need HipChat.NET to be compiled for .NET 3.5. There are no code changes required, and it is 100% fine in 3.5.
