Please restructure this as a Kotlin Multiplatform project, so that the next step of contributing a desktop implementation of mullticast DNS can be considered.

You already have an iOS version so it's a wonder it hasn't already been done.

That's a good idea, thank you, Hakanai! At the time I wrote this library, KMP was quite in early stage, so it was a conscious decision to not do it. Fortunately, it is not the case anymore, so I am taking your feedback onboard and will look into it when I have some free time.
