Add tenv tool

Hi. Great repo! I see that you use tfenv here:

I suggest you to add tenv: https://github.com/tofuutils/tenv:

• it is a successor of tofuenv and tfenv
• can manage versions of OpenTofu / Terraform / Terragrunt and Atmos
• does not require any dependencies like jq / bash / etc

I do want to migrate a couple of my repos to OpenTofu from Terraform, so I'd want something like tenv to use opentofu - @kvendingoldo would you want to raise a PR for this? I'm working on a couple other side projects right now
