GDK_SCALE and the linuxbrew PATH entry were being set unconditionally in the cross-platform profile. Both are Linux-only concerns; the linuxbrew path was already duplicated in ~/.mrsauravsahu/dotfiles/linux.zshrc (sourced only when currentOs=linux), so it just needed removing here.
