Adds the DataViews layer (DevExpress-style DataGrid over a UI-free shaping engine) to the layered-packages table, the UI-framework feature narrative, and the project layout table; also adds the missing Cursorial.UI.Themes row.
The dialog suite (MessageBox, TaskDialog, and the file open/save pickers) was in the project-layout table but missing from the top layered-packages table; add it after the DataViews row.
