Engineered Schematics has native support for any custom multiblocks that use Immersive Engineering.

If you're interested in a feature to define a custom structure and have a schematic and guide to build it; This would be a different matter.

In my particular case I'm in the early stages of developing a modpack and intending to center the pack around IE, it's addons and Masterful Machinery (version of modular machines mod, a toolbox to make custom multiblocks). I currently had to use Patchouli for multiblock guides but I love how this mod previews structures
