📝 Update templated files

This pull request updates the files in this repository with the latest changes from the MQT Templates repository.

This PR should not be merged before rvben/rumdl#672 is resolved and released.

@burgholzer, I'm not sure how to best handle the switch to rumdl. Unfortunately, we need to do this here because the templating action requires a rumdl configuration to properly format the templated files. As a result, the diff is borderline impossible to review, though. 😕

Edit: I at least hope that munich-quantum-toolkit/templates#338 works as intended once we merge this. We should immediately see whether the templating action and pre-commit.ci agree with each other.

I'll have a quick look. Most of the changes should only be mechanical reformats anyway.
We can always fix up any hiccups later on.
