Summary

  • ExecutorKind::ALL is now a slice, so the in-memory and Redis queue adapters no longer hardcode the kind count — adding a variant only touches domain/delivery.rs.
  • The MCP dispatch schema derives its executor enum from ExecutorKind::ALL instead of a hand-kept list; web EXECUTOR_LABEL and CLI normalize_agent carry explicit sync comments.
  • WorkSpec::to_prompt moves into delivery ports as the canonical prompt builder; the local executor adapter uses it, and agent-runtime's standalone mirror is documented as such (it intentionally avoids the delivery dependency).

Verification

  • cargo test -p delivery (incl. new to_prompt unit test)
  • cargo check -p delivery -p server -p agent-runtime
  • web npm run typecheck
  • pre-commit cargo fmt --check + cargo clippy --workspace -D warnings
