Dataset folder is missing

Hello mvisionai,

Your work on Federated Data Stream is very interesting, and it is very good that you have shared the code.
However the dataset folder is missing, I tried to create a version of the covtype dataset, but I'm getting an error:

ValueError: setting an array element with a sequence. The requested array has an inhomogeneous shape after 2 dimensions. The detected shape was (100, 10) + inhomogeneous part.
(FedStream-main/fdstream.py", line 161, in convert_to_numpy)

Would it be possible to share the dataset so we can run the code without problems?

Although the data folder is missing, I've found that the cause of the above problem is different.
It is related to np.asarray and I've created a new issue for it (#3).
