改了什么

将 README 的 Node.js 要求从 16 修正为 Vite 7 实际支持的 20.19+
将安装命令改为可复现的 npm ci
在 package.json 和锁文件中声明 Node.js engine

验证

npm ci
npm run build
git diff --check
npm audit --omit=dev 仍为 README 已说明的 xlsx@0.18.5 单个无修复告警
