Conversation
Install a user-tier CogOS node and seed it from the operator's OWN claude.ai history, then mint their agent from that history via the agent-from-history skill. Ships generic method only — no operator data, no agent card, no conversation blobs. Independently reviewed (15 operator-specific leaks fixed) and verified end-to-end in a fresh no-network container on real history. Skills: cogos-onboard (the ramp), agent-from-history (mint-from-history). Scripts: harvest_claude_web.py, install_cogos_node.sh, seed_observatory.py, seed_room.py — all generic, operator/agent provided as args.

What
A new marketplace plugin
cogos-onboard: the generic CogOS onboarding ramp. An operator installs it, and it:~/.cogos/and seeds their observatory + a room from that history.agent-from-historyskill, which mints their agent from their sessions (e.g. Wingnut, for the first operator). Why it ships generic (no operator data)
We publish the ramp, not any specific agent. Nothing operator-specific is in the plugin — an independent fresh-reviewer audit found 15 operator-specific leaks (hardcoded names, a project string written into every seeded room, marketplace keywords naming a person) and all were genericized. The 5 remaining "e.g. Wingnut" references are reviewer-confirmed illustrative examples.
Verification

This replaces a direct-to-main merge (403dc1e) that bypassed the PR step; that merge has been reverted (66675af) and is re-submitted here through the proper PR + release-gate flow. Branch tree is identical to the reverted, verified state.
