🎉 This is the first release for PhantomControl, supports Paper 1.13 and should support 1.14+ as well (CraftBukkit/Spigot are not currently supported).

Features:

• Allows you to enable/disable phantoms by default for new players globally (disabled by default, can be enabled in storage.yml).
• Allows players to enable/disable phantoms for themselves or other people (controlled by a permission).

What's missing:

• /phantom status <player> and /phantom <on/off> global aren't there yet.
• No CraftBukkit or Spigot support because this plugin utilizes Paper specific APIs which do not have proper replacements and we haven't replaced them in this plugin yet.
• No config option to disable per-player spawning, this can be done by simply denying phantomcontrol.playertoggle to users.
