Bump the shared WeFa monorepo version from 0.7.0 to 0.7.1 across Vue, Django, and BFF in preparation for the patch release. Update the BFF lockfile to patched Authlib and certifi versions to fix the release CI security scan.
This release includes the Gantt improvements and dependency security updates from #523. The Vue package now uses Zod 4; consumers supplying custom validation schemas should check compatibility.
Validation: version consistency check, version-script unit tests, Python lockfile checks, Vue package-type verification, and BFF security scan passed locally. Publishing is performed separately after this PR is merged.
