…ared wrapper Two related bumps: 1. Switch the pr-check call from pr-validation.yml@v22 to the new pr-check.yml@v23 wrapper. The wrapper centralizes the standard PR validation contract; future changes to that contract land in n3ary/actions instead of in every consumer. 2. Bump other n3ary/actions refs (setup-pnpm-gh-packages-auth, package/publish) from @v22 to @v23. The v23 tag includes the pr-check wrapper and the version-bump fail-fast (PR #35, PR #36 in n3ary/actions). No behavior change for this repo - just a version bump on the shared actions. v23 is API-compatible with v22 for everything this repo uses.
