Users previously needed a personal marketplace scaffold and a checkout-relative Python command before using Fusion. Add a repository marketplace so installation uses
codex plugin marketplace add nahuelb/codex-fusion-pluginfollowed bycodex plugin add fusion@fusion-marketplace.Add
$setup-fusionas the interactive setup entry point. It runs the installed helper, preserves existing valid model choices, and does not activate Fusion or start agents. Documentation covers GitHub and local installs, updates, model settings, and optional hook trust. The repository remains private; these instructions support its planned public release.Validation: all 17 tests pass; plugin and setup-skill validators pass. An isolated Codex configuration successfully registered the local repository marketplace and installed Fusion. Independent review returned no findings. No user-specific model choices were added to Git.
