tests/test_notebook.py executes python/notebooks/colab_test.ipynb in a real IPython kernel via nbclient, with a spliced-in cell that plays the viewer against the notebook's view (load_root, resolve_instance, get_properties, instance_selected). The notebook's install cell now skips pip when naja_schematic is importable, so CI exercises the built wheel. nbformat, nbclient and ipykernel join the test extra.
