Adds support for gigabyte Skylake(X) platforms. This requires the smi() command so isn't ready for the current release of Pawnio. This does also fix some other initialization quirks of the bridges. Such as enforcing proper restoration of registers when switching between windows and when restoring original register states on unload. Let me know if you see any issues. I based this off of the current pawnio master.
