This PR updates the deprecated starter command (npx create-react-native-app -t with-moti) in the starter.md docs to the currently active command:

npx create-expo --example with-moti

📌 Context:

Fixes a known issue raised in the community regarding outdated setup instructions on the [starter page](https://moti.fyi/starter). The previous command leads to a terminal error and confusion for new users.
