Exploring nerves from SCKAN

Instructions:

1. Create a virtul environment : e.g. python -m venv .venv
2. Activate the virtual environment e.g. source .venv/bin/activate
3. Install required libraries e.g. pip install -r requirements.txt
4. All god now, run jupyter notebook from terminal
5. Open pg_nerves.ipynb to try queries to postgres databese
6. Open pg_human_nerves.ipynb to inverstigate the coverage of full-body human nerves on SCKAN/Flatmap nerves
