The private monorepo is adding a mirrored app icon asset under bridge/assets. This public-owned workflow change copies app-icon.ico into the Windows packaging stage when present, so packaging/windows/installer.iss can use it for the installer and shortcuts after the next mirror sync.\n\nThe copy is conditional so manual runs before the asset sync keep working.
