Gender indexes in GUI do not match calculation indexes

In PyJHora V4.8.7, gender indexes are inconsistent.

The GUI initially uses:

• 0 = Female
• 1 = Male

But localization, Marriage Compatibility and calculation modules use:

• 0 = Male
• 1 = Female

Also, a valid gender argument passed to ChartTabbed appears to be ignored.
