Migrate to Vocs and add Nava Guardian, Nava Gateway, and NavaClaw documentation

Summary

• replace the Docusaurus site with a responsive Vocs documentation framework and current-only information architecture
• publish Nava Guardian developer and Agent Operator guidance, execution safety, policy-check tables, and generated interactive API reference
• publish Nava Gateway developer guidance, executable integration examples, flow explorer, and generated interactive API reference without a Gateway operator section
• promote NavaClaw to a main Developer Preview section and document it as a DeFi-focused harness based on NanoClaw
• add copyable AI prompts, physical code snippets, code groups, Twoslash, sandbox examples, a changelog, dynamic social cards, docs-only MCP, and opt-in feedback and semantic search
• add accessible policy, verdict, and Gateway flow explorers that run locally in the browser without calling product APIs
• remove obsolete product, network, compatibility, migration, legacy, and historical pages

Verification

• pnpm test:vocs — 53 passed
• pnpm test:examples — 11 passed
• pnpm test:claims — 19 passed
• pnpm check:claims — passed
• pnpm test:interactive — 6 passed
• pnpm typecheck — passed
• pnpm test:dev — 4 passed, including console/preload and interactive explorer checks
• pnpm build — passed; generated 73 deployable files and the route audit passed
• pnpm test:visual — 6 passed on a no-update production regression run across light, dark, mobile, Guardian, Gateway, and execution safety views

The PR remains a single commit directly on top of main.
