Draft-only transport lane. It downloads and verifies the complete 7,165,121,600-byte group-128 GGUF, splits it into sixteen sub-512 MiB artifacts, and preserves a full and per-shard SHA-256 manifest for reconstruction in the AVX-512 VNNI sandbox. Do not merge; close after artifacts are consumed.
