Disposable integration probe. Base is the v0.0.35 candidate with migration bridge; head is the existing private Work Lane / Source Truth donor branch. This PR exists only to let GitHub perform/assess the true three-way merge from the shared b125b76 base. Do not treat it as the production PR.
