To see if npx will actually install the version specified in package.json or not. This commit might result in a failing CI in case this doesn't work as expected; in which case we will have to steer the approach.

Trying workaround [1] linked from [2]. This commit will have failing CI because we want to see this error pop in the log, to revert the previous commit later. [1] npm/npx#9 (comment) [2] https://stackoverflow.com/a/71872598
