SeerrNG #607 Request in 4K from posters and Advanced options

Two commits on top of main (e61f6c63), from testing on a production install with a 4K Radarr.

1. Offer Request 4K before the HD copy exists

  • Request 4K only appeared once the HD copy was already in the library, so a movie nobody had requested offered no 4K at all. It now shows whenever 4K movies are on, the person has Admin, Request 4K or Request 4K Movies, and no 4K copy is requested or available.
  • The movie page's 4K fact says "Requested" while one is on its way.

2. Choose 1080p or 4K when requesting

  • Poster quick requests (Discover, Movies, Coming soon) open a small sheet with 1080p | 4K for people who may request 4K, when the server has 4K for that kind. Everyone else keeps the one-tap request.
  • Admins and request managers get the same choice in their existing request sheet. The server, quality and folder lists switch to that tier's servers and defaults.
  • Advanced options on movie and series pages also list the 4K servers for those people, and picking one makes the request a 4K request.
  • A 4K request never reuses quality or folder choices made for an HD server. The Request 4K button keeps only "Request as" and lets SeerrNG use the 4K server's defaults.
  • HD requests are sent exactly as before.

Permissions use one helper, canRequest4k: Admin, Request 4K, or Request 4K Movies or Request 4K Series for the kind being requested.

Testing

  • tsc --noEmit, build, and unit tests: 27 passed, including the real-image proxy tests.
  • Playwright on desktop, iPhone, Android and tablet: 399 passed, 13 skipped (device-only cases). New tests cover:
    • Request 4K offered before HD, sent without HD server options.
    • Request 4K hidden from people without 4K permission.
    • The poster sheet: 1080p/4K with no server choices for someone allowed 4K.
    • One tap for someone without 4K.
    • An admin choosing 4K and getting only the 4K servers.
    • Picking the 4K server in Advanced options.
  • Running on a production install (1080p and 4K Radarr), checked by hand in the poster sheet and Advanced options.
