Unhandled exception when rdp virtual channels are disabled for the current user

Sleipnir throws an unhandled exception when it can't open the virtual channel to phone home.

For the pen-tester it would be handy to catch and precisely report that circumstance. As the whole thing is rather beta, this would be a good indication that something did "intentionally" go wrong.
