Adding field run_uuid to package to match data coming out of xalt on Delta
Modified and cleaned up (and tested) classes for object classes and run classes. Haevn't cleaned up object classes yet. obj and run have been used to upload to actual database.
Old poorly-named class file, or maybe upload file. Left in merged state. This has been replaced; only keeping it around in case we need to refer to it later.
This script works with database. It reads in a directory of xalt files, parses them, and uploads them according to the configuration information. This is the main thing Craig was working towards.
I think this was a partial attempt at having a stand-alone database create script. I ended up just loading the database manually, I think. Keeping this entirely in case it has some intermediate code fragment needed later.
Example module file to set up module file to point to locally-built version of xalt.
Delta_Config file with modifications for local testing of xalt configurations. Includes head nodes among other things.
Add a couple of things to the build script in ncsa_build. Tweaked the path for the included module file; I think it had a mistaken variable. Added verbiage about adding includes to CPATH. On Delta, at the moment, this is part of addressing the uuid.h lack.

Made a few more tweaks with meeting between Hung and Craig March 24. Still loads and runs xalt; does not produce output, same reason as last week: hostname: "dt-login03.delta.ncsa.illinois.edu" is rejected -> exiting
Finding the right place to modify config file. Instructinos won't work right now.
