Updates for rosetta-soil v0.3.0

I did some review and drafting of updates to add support for new rosetta-soil v0.3.0

Here is a checklist of items to address:

• Performance regression with large inputs (PR made to upstream)
• Add rosesoil() wrapper function
• Add UnsaturatedK class, constructor, and predict() method
• Add estimate_type argument for run_rosetta()
• Deprecate SoilDataFromArray() and ann_predict() for rosetta-soil >= 0.3.0
