fix: repair v0.9.2 release lineage

Summary

• cherry-pick the merged single-select changes onto current main
• keep the package version at 0.9.2 so the release tag points to a publishable package
• align main with the existing v0.9.2 release notes before re-cutting the release

Why

The existing v0.9.2 GitHub release points to commit 07a1515, whose package.json still declares 0.9.1. The publish workflow therefore attempted to publish saddle-cli@0.9.1 again and npm rejected it with E403.
