These are only included in Ruby versions < 4 so we need to add them explicitly as a dependency now.
3.0 is well out of maintenance and 4.0 is out and stable now.

As noted in the commit descriptions, this gem needs benchmark as an explicit dependency as of Ruby 4 because it is no longer in the standard library.
