Employee Attributes
Employees and workers have a number of attributs. I'm thinking five. None will be known at first, up to three can be discovered. The other two will never be explicitly confirmed.
The target is to have 50 total attributes to choose from in order to keep things spicy. Current number: 12.
A climber is someone that wants to get promoted. They will work their asses off on any project they think will get them a promotion. They're also more likely than average to take an outside job offer if they are offered a more important title. They get unhappy if they aren't promoted quickly enough.
Cocky people are, on average, very slightly better than others. They have significant downsides, though. For one, introverts absolutely hate them. Putting more than one cocky person on a single project leads to their productivity plummeting as they try to compete and ignore the work. This distracts the rest of the team as well. They also require more pay to justify their own egos.
Employees that are completers are good at doing the last 10% of a project. They produce less burnout and fewer bugs during this phase.
Gets the most done during the beginning of the day. Negative modifier to collaboration with night owls.
An employee with a high imagination is much better at coming up with new product ideas or making a very strange product combination work.
An in tune employee has their finger on the pulse of the market as a whole. Their suggestions for new products will have a much higher chance of being something that will sell.
Introverts are annoyed by Outgoing people. They are less likely to be distracted by their environment.
The learning curve affects how quickly your employee learns new skills.
Actively enjoys working on multiple projects at once. Most employees will lose productivity. A multitasker will either lose no productivity, or might actually gain a little. On the flip side, they are not at their peak productivity when working on just one thing.
Gets more done during the later half of the day. Mostly just a collaboration modifier with early birds.
Spreads knowledge better on average. This is similar to teacher, except that this personality type will also grate on the nerves of introspective people.
The teacher trait determines how easily this employee spreads their knowledge to others.
