Temporary integration carrier. Head is GitHub's clean synthetic merge of exact upstream FlashML-org#135 onto the current-main/FlashML-org#132/FlashML-org#133/FlashML-org#134 composition (
f0d06b7a...). Base additionally contains FlashML-org#136. Expected incremental diff is only FlashML-org#135 engine routing + its test. Merge only if GitHub reports the two-file scope.
