chore: ignore deploy descriptor and local scan output - #54

Conversation
ecosystem.config.cjs carries the prod host IP and the deploy is run locally, so it should never be committed. findings/ and .deepsec are security-scan output, and .env.prod is self-explanatory. Without these, a bare 'git add -A' stages 180+ scan artefacts. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

.gitignore:ecosystem.config.cjscarries the prod host IP and the pm2 deploy is run locally, so it shouldn't be in the repo.findings/and.deepsecare security-scan output.Without these, a bare
git add -Astages 180+ scan artefacts — which is exactly what happened while preparing #51, so this is worth having.Nothing currently tracked matches these patterns, so no
git rm --cachedis needed. These lines were already written locally; this just commits them.
