Adds the M6 chipset (base variant only) and the Mac mini (M6, 2026) configs:
Mac18,5, 12-core CPU, 12-core GPU, 16/24/32GB.Verified against Apple tech specs and EveryMac. The 3 MacConfig rows are already in the prod database; this makes the M6 chipset filter appear.
