feat(cli): add short option aliases - #2

…d --locked Reorganized README so examples appear near the top grouped by use case, moved Installation + Requirements to the bottom, and added `--locked` to the cargo install commands.
Add unique short forms for every user-facing CLI option. Generated shell completions now expose both short and long forms, with Bash/Zsh regression coverage and updated documentation.
