Designed to be run on Heroku's Cedar stack using multiple build packs via the multi-buildpack. Create the app using heroku create --buildpack https://github.com/ddollar/heroku-buildpack-multi.git or set the BUILDPACK_URL to https://github.com/ddollar/heroku-buildpack-multi.git
