Short description of the changes:
This PR adds new functionality that enables a
wrapworkface name prefix to be versioned. This was required to enable processing of time sliced data, where the prefix has the formslice_00Nwhere N is the number of a slice. With this PR, functions likeutils.resamplecan now operate correctly on versioned prefixes and propagate the version to their output.As part of this PR a method was added to
redObjthat supports changing the prefix on a workspace (retaining versioning if it exists)
