font issue in the 'Add API Key' pop-up window #1240

Current Behavior
A font issue occurs in the NeuVector 5.5.2 UI 'Add API Key' pop-up window after a new API key is generated
Expected Behavior
No response
Steps To Reproduce
Steps:
- Login in Neuvector 5.5.2 UI --> Settings --> Users, API Keys & Roles page
- In "API Keys" tab, click "Create API key button"
- Input API name in 'Add API Key' pop-up window, then click Add button
- After Step 3, font issue happen in 'Add API Key' pop-up window. Please refer to the screen capture.

To avoid the float title alignment issue due to the incompatible issue between angular material and angular 20, we don't use outline appearance any more.
