Feature Request: Enable subpath for web server side on the UI URL #1247

This is topic for improving the configuration of the URL of the web UI to make it flexible.
We got a 3rd party PR for it and after review and pretest by dev, we will merge it and move it to QA test

PATH_PREFIXin the environment variable, for examplePATH_PREFIX=nv.The use https:///nv/
Without
PATH_PREFIX-> https://For documentation
Record the important formation of the URL which ending with slash, if PATH_PREFIX is applied

Tested with 5.6.0 manager build. I set the following env in the manager deployment to verify this issue.
Able to access NeuVector web ui by appending
nv/https://10.1.7.71:30000/nv/
