[UI] Newly added registry in "Assets -> Registries" is not displayed until manual page refresh #1310

Current Behavior
When adding a new registry under Assets
Expected Behavior
After the new registry is successfully created, the table should automatically refresh its data (or prepend/append the newly created item to the grid) without requiring the user to click the Refresh button.
Steps To Reproduce
- Navigate to Assets -> Registries.
- Click the button to add a new registry.
- Fill in the required fields (Registry name, URL, credentials, etc.) and submit/save.
- Observe the Registries table view.

I scoped it to the registry page for now since it was the only one I could confirm. @williamlin-suse will add more pages to the ticket if he finds them.

Verify with nv 5.6.3-rc2, pass.
