[Enhancement] UI shows "no role assigned" message when the mapped role of a server user is empty

For LDAP/OIDC/SAML login, when Default Role = None and a user whose group isn't mapped to a role, the user will fail login by design.

In this case UI shows "Internal Server Error".

The requested enhancement: UI returns a clear "no role assigned" message instead of "Internal Server Error" when this case happens
